Phil Green was the financial advisor on our recent acquisition and did a superb job. His understanding of all aspects was exceptional; he was assured at all points in his dealings with the lawyers and the FD of the acquiring company and his experience ensured that things ran really smoothly. I’ve known Phil since around 2005, when I first started to get involved with what was then called the Hub 100 (now the MDHUB). Phil struck me straight away as immensely knowledgeable and commercially experienced. At that time I was just taking on the role of MD at Semantico and there were many new things to learn.
