    I\u2019ve known Phil since around 2005, when I first started to get involved with what was then called the Hub 100 (now the MDHUB). Phil struck me straight away as immensely knowledgeable and commercially experienced. At that time I was just taking on the role of MD at Semantico and there were many new things to learn.<\/p>

    In 2012 my business was expanding rapidly and I wanted to add a new level of senior input into my e team. We also needed to boost the structure and resources within our finance team. I asked Phil to advise with the aim of building up our finance operations and providing strategic commercial guidance. This worked extremely well, and Phil quickly helped us to recruit into the finance team as well as adding additional oversight and structure to our management accounting.<\/p>

    If you need to reorganise, reenergise and maximise the potential of your team, our training and development programmes are designed to be engaging, experiential and out of the ordinary. These have been as varied as team development with rock climbing, abseiling and orienteering to writing and performing a play in a public space in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n

    Other work includes Board level strategy days, team building sessions, financial skills workshops and leadership development programmes. These can be delivered as short classes or regular courses spread over the year.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
